Green Phoenix in Flight Again
After a period of hibernation, cogitation and rearranging of feathers, Green Phoenix Productions is true to its name and in flight again! We have news of upcoming activities:

On the Road Again — to INATS
GPP President Michelle Miller Allen and Public Relations Director Stella Oliva will be "taking the Phoenix" to the International New Age Trade Show (INATS)in Denver again this year, joining fantastic forces with Joseph and Dorothy Rosado of Enchanted America Distribution. Last year GPP did very well at INATS; many contacts were made for outlets for our books and CD, Journey from the Keep of Bones won an award, and friendships began.

We met Joseph Rosado at INATS in 2003 and couldn’t stop talking . . . then New Mexico became fortunate and blessed when Joseph and Dorothy set up operations in Cerrillos, New Mexico where they are doing many good things, including owning/operating the Heart Seed (www.heart-seed.com). Miller Allen met with the Rosados at their new digs in October 2003 and never recovered from the life-affirming and intelligent-New-Age marketing hit she received from this couple! Therefore, it is an honor and a privilege for GPP to be going to INATS in their company.

GPP will be offering all of its products to retailers at this wholesale trade show — books, CDs, hats, scarves, photo albums, greeting cards and more, plus talking up Michelle Miller Allen’s new workshop series, "A Bear Named Hope". We are also entering this website in the Coalition of Visionary Resources competition, winner to be announced at INATS in June.

Book Review
The Winter 2003 issue of Dream Network: A Journal Exploring Dreams & Mythology carried a great review of Michelle Miller Allen’s Journey from the Keep of Bones, which we will reprint on this website at a future date. Dream Network, a Jungian-based publication, can be visited (including a Dream Store which features GPP’s books and CD) at www.DreamNetwork.net.

Celtic Heritage Magazine
Michelle Miller Allen’s article entitled "Inconstant Bard: The Passing of a Warrior Poet" was published by this Toronto-based magazine, in their July/August 2003 issue. The magazine covers international Celtic arts and cultural events, quite a fine magazine and we are very proud to have been included. (www.celticheritage.ns.ca)

New Mexico Woman Magazine
Michelle Miller Allen is now a regular contributor to this Albuquerque-based magazine, interviewing various power women in New Mexico, writing articles which sometimes include Miller Allen’s photographs of interviewees. Keep an eye out for this great monthly publication, which is free at various locations in the city and Jemez area. You can also read Miller Allen’s articles on-line if you go to the current issue (www.nmwoman.com). There are some incredible women in this state!

Celtic Highland Games/Fair
GPP will also be setting up a booth at the 2004 Celtic Highland Games Fair on May 15, 9-5 at the Menaul School grounds in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This was a fun event last year and definitely worth doing again. We sold things, made new contacts and got to enjoy many Celtic musicians and hundreds of bag pipers.

Elizabeth McBride Memoirs to be Published by GPP
We announce the unfortunate passing of our dear friend, Elizabeth McBride, in February of 2004. Michelle Miller Allen had the honor of working with McBride, helping her to finish and edit her memoirs in 2002-2003, and that project was finished only a couple of weeks before Elizabeth’s death. McBride made arrangements before her death for GPP to finish the editing and publish the memoirs posthumously. "The Last of the Nice Girls" will be published by Green Phoenix Productions, a small edition for family and friends. We are very proud to be working on this worthy project and will keep you posted as publication date is clear — anticipated for the Winter/Spring 2004-2005 at this time.
